Highly Integrated UltraCMOS® Products
Peregrine’s broad product portfolio includes both highly integrated monolithic RFICs as well as discrete components. Our proprietary UltraCMOS® technology enables us to integrate most RF functions as well as analog and digital circuits and high quality factor, or high Q, passive elements on a single chip. We believe we are able to deliver a unique combination of best-in-class RFIC performance, power consumption, monolithic integration, and size required by increasingly advanced wireless communications applications. Our ICs address a broad range of advanced wireless product requirements in the aerospace and defense, broadband, industrial, mobile wireless device, test and measurement equipment, and wireless infrastructure markets.
