EDA / Process Design Kits
Presently, Peregrine offers two types of Process Design Kits (PDKs) designed solely
for development with UltraCMOS™ technology. We are working on the
expansion of this capability to other EDA platforms in the near
future.
Peregrine offers process design kits for the Cadence® Virtuoso® custom design platform,
providing an exceptionally fast and silicon-accurate way to design advanced analog, RF,
and mixed-signal ICs for the Commercial Wireless and Broadband RF markets. |
Peregrine provides process kits for
Advanced Design System (ADS)
and
RF Design Environment (RFDE)
from
Agilent Technologies.
Agilent provides advances
in simulation technology and usability for engineers developing RF
designs from simple to the most complex RFICs for communications and
aerospace/defense applications. |
Peregrine requires that a
Process Design Kit License Agreement be in place before releasing PDKs to
customers. The PDK package consists of the software PDK plus important
documentation to assist design efforts (e.g. - layout design rules, electrical
design rules, UltraCMOS™ design guide, PDK manual, etc.).
