Peregrine Semiconductor offers multi-project runs on a regular basis depending on the process choice: FC, GC, and PC runs are offered every other month; FA, GA, and PA runs are offered every four months.

Customers have the option of prototyping their designs quickly without incurring the full cost of a mask set. The minimum unit size on a multi-project run is either 3mm x 3mm or 4mm x 4mm depending on the process choice. Each delivery consists of fifty (50) dice minimum. Customers may purchase multiple unit tiles.
