The PE423641 is a single-pole four throw (SP4T) RF switch that accommodates a frequency range between 50 MHz to 3 GHz with excellent linearity of 68 dBm IIP3. Designed for automotive applications, it has a high isolation of 32 dB @ 1 GHz and 25 dB @ 2.2 GHz and a low insertion loss of 0.50 dB @ 1 GHz and 0.65 dB @ 2.2 GHz. The ESD ratings are 2 kV HBM on all pins, 100V MM on all pins and 1 kV CDM on all pins. Offered in a RoHS compliant, 16-lead 3×3 mm QFN, the PE423641 meets the AEC-Q100 requirements for Grade 2, meaning qualification for operation in the temperature range of -40 to +105 degrees Celsius.
