Debbie Richter

    Debbie Richter is a seasoned human resource professional with over 25 years of progressively responsible leadership and management experience. She has deep expertise in all aspects of human resources, including policy and procedure development, recruiting and hiring practices, personnel development, retention approaches, legal compliance issues, and managerial support.
     
    In addition to her role as pSemi human resources vice president, Richter also serves as Murata Electronics North America (MENA) human resources vice president. In this role, which she has held since 2020, Richter is responsible for all facets of the human resources function, including organizational design and effectiveness, mergers and acquisition integration activities, compliance, change management, employee relations, leadership and team development, employee engagement, diversity awareness, talent acquisition and retention, employee development, performance and compensation management, benefits program administration, and succession planning. From 2012 through 2020, while also working for MENA, Richter was promoted from progressively more responsible human resources manager and senior manager positions. From 1997 through 2012, Richter was executive director of human resources for Dallas, Texas-based RF Monolithics (acquired by MENA in July 2012), where she provided employee relations support, developed and implemented innovative methods of motivating and retaining employees, helped execute company goals and objectives, carried out policies and programs in support of strategic organizational goals, and kept abreast of state and federal laws and regulations and plan design trends to ensure company compliance and market competitiveness. Her major accomplishments in this role included successfully integrating employees of two companies that were acquired by RFM and developing competitive benefits programs.  

    Richter earned her MBA in management from Texas Tech University and her BBA in human resources from the University of North Texas.
