The PE423422 is a single-pole double throw (SPDT) RF switch that accommodates a frequency range between 100 MHz and 6 GHz with a high linearity of 73.5 dBm IIP3. Designed for automotive applications, it also delivers high isolation, low insertion loss and excellent ESD ratings.
