UltraCMOS power limiters feature high maximum power handling, form factor as much as eight times smaller than PIN-diode solutions, higher linearity, fast response-and-recovery time, adjustable limiting threshold and excellent ESD ratings.
Peregrine’s UltraCMOS power limiters deliver simple, repeatable and reliable protection ideal for test-and-measurement (T&M), land-mobile-radio (LMR), wireless infrastructure and commercial radar systems. The limiters can protect RF front ends (RFFEs) and low-noise amplifiers (LNAs) in LMRs; tactical radio receivers from intentional jammers; and transceiver (TRX) modules in radiolocation, shipborne and air-traffic control (ATC) radar systems. Designed for higher frequency ranges, the RF limiters can protect RF ports in T&M equipment and RF receivers in wireless-infrastructure equipment.
