SAN DIEGO – March 1, 2023 – pSemi® Corporation, a Murata company focused on semiconductor integration, today announces that Debbie Richter has joined the company as vice president of human resources and will lead human resources at both pSemi and Murata Electronics Americas (MEA). She will be based in Dallas, Texas, and will spend a significant amount of time at pSemi’s San Diego headquarters.

A Murata employee since 1997, Richter brings 25 years of progressively responsible human resource leadership and management experience to pSemi, including the last 10 years with MEA. Her proven areas of expertise span policy and procedure development, recruiting and hiring practices, personnel development, retention approaches, legal compliance issues, and managerial support.

Richter earned her MBA in management from Texas Tech University and her BBA in human resources from the University of North Texas.
